Honorlock
Honorlock is a remote proctoring tool that enables instructors to offer secure at-home, in-person, and hybrid exam sessions. Honorlock is fully integrated into Canvas and is optimized to work with Canvas Quizzes (both New and Classic). Designing and configuring assessments for use with Honorlock is easy for instructors – akin to creating a Canvas Quiz – and proctoring sessions are intuitive for students to navigate. With Honorlock in place, students enter secure exam sessions monitored both by AI proctoring tools and live proctors.
Honorlock supports a wide array of settings and features that can be used to limit test taker activities and provide a transparent record of each student’s exam session in the event of academic integrity concerns. We can assist you in setting up open- or closed-book exam, restricting or enabling use of specific files, websites, or applications during the exam session, and configuring synchronous (i.e. all students take the exam simultaneously) or asynchronous (i.e. students can choose their own 90-minute exam session over a three-day period) exams with Honorlock.
